Following a thrilling third place finish in The Masters Tiger Woods visited China and South Korea to promote Nike Golf; enjoying rousing receptions wherever he went and seeing first hand the esteem in which he is held. The Nike Golf president, Cindy Davis, felt vindicated regarding the decision to maintain their relationship with Tiger when some other brands decided not to.
The Nike Golf president went on to say that there was never any doubt about working with Tiger Woods. He has been an integral part of Nike Golf’s development, both in promoting the Nike brand but also in the provision of feedback and opinions that have helped create the very best products they could make.
